PALMA-TEC LAMINATE

Palma-Tec is a composite laminate made from recycled black rPET and black Ultra PE. Palma-Tec features a tighter X-mesh. Visually, the sail resembles a technical carbon sail with a gray tint.

PALMA – TEC = BLACK FIBERS

This is a modern outdoor laminate—very soft and strong—with excellent laminate adhesion for maximum durability. Thanks to the use of large, durable black polyester fibers with high tensile strength in multiple directions, the laminate is resistant to stretching and virtually tear-proof.

• The use of black fibers inside white taffeta results in a gray sail.
• The white double-sided taffeta used has enhanced resistance to abrasion and UV radiation.
• UV-resistant polyester film was used. It is thicker in heavier materials and thinner in lighter weights.
