Nylite and Maxilite spinnaker cloths are treated with a durable melamine finish and were designed for quality-conscious recreational sailors.

The choice between Nylite and Maxilite cloth depends on the size of your yacht and the conditions in which you plan to sail. Both cloths offer excellent tear resistance and good tensile strength, ensuring many years of wonderful sailing.

** Please note that fluorescent colors are not colorfast. They fade faster than regular colors when exposed to sunlight. Fluorescent dyes also tend to weaken the cloth and reduce its tear resistance. Therefore, Contender does not recommend using fluorescent colors on recreational spinnakers.
