SELDÉN Batten Receptacles

Seldén composite fittings are available for boats up to approximately 45′ and are compatible with both round and flat batten types. All of them are compatible with carriages featuring M10 bolts, such as the MDS, OWS, IWS, and RCB models.

To open the cover, simply unscrew the locking screw a few turns and slide the cover off. If you happen to drop it, it’s secured to the body with a safety cord. Through the slot in the cover, you’ll see the tensioner, and the indicators on the cover will help you set the perfect tension for the batten. A unique feature of the A17, FA-22, and FA-30 is that the tension of the batten can be adjusted from both the front and the back of the hardware.
