Rutgerson Roll-Up Batten

The reinforced batten is marked with the letter “R” (see the table in the last photo). The core consists of two curved battens made of Swedish stainless steel, and the reinforced version has four curved battens for a stronger and stiffer result. Stainless steel is the optimal material for this purpose, but like any material, it has its limitations. This material allows the batten to bend, but if the product is used incorrectly and a batten is bent to a radius smaller than approximately 50 mm, the product will not be able to return to its original shape and will remain permanently bent.
Make sure you do not bend the batten to a radius smaller than 50 mm.
