Racing Jib

We design the Head Sails racing sail program as a set. The number of sails included depends on the customer’s needs, the crew’s capabilities, and the prevailing wind conditions in a given body of water. In collaboration with top design teams, we create sails with various shapes optimized for different wind ranges. We optimize the sail’s weight and strength, the layout and size of the battens, and the method of attachment to the forestay. We develop a custom fiber layout and blend to deliver the best sails available today. For these types of sails, we provide deck covers when needed, which make changing, folding, unfurling, and storing the sails easier.
