Maxikote spinnaker cloth is woven from polyester yarn and finished with our highly stable and durable polyurethane coating. As a result, Maxikote has very low elasticity, which makes the sails highly dimensionally stable due to their low stretch. The stability and range of weights in the Maxikote series are designed so that your sailmaker can combine different weights of compatible cloths to achieve the best strength-to-weight ratio for your spinnaker.

Maxikote was specifically designed to meet the unique performance requirements of asymmetric spinnakers on the latest generation of lightweight displacement yachts, inflatable boats, and catamarans.
