Filmless FUSIONE is an innovative material developed by Powerplast in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano. Lightweight yet stable, it was designed with racing yachts in mind, offering a unique combination of flexibility and durability.

Filmless FUSIONE – features
– lightweight construction ideal for racing yachts up to 40 feet
– a special polymer with added multi-walled carbon nanotubes (Carbon Nanotube Multiwalls), which enhances abrasion resistance and mechanical properties without adding weight
– can be reinforced with para-aramid, carbon fibre, UHMPE, and LCP fibres
– available exclusively in black (“carbon black”)
