This Code Zero laminate can’t wait to hit the water. Designed for use as a light upwind sail or as a medium- or heavy-weight upwind sail, Code Zero sails—once developed for offshore racing—are now gaining popularity in club regattas and buoy races as well. The Code Zero sail can be compared to an asymmetric spinnaker, but it has a flatter shape and is typically used as a light genoa. Since conventional spinnaker fabric blends do not provide sufficient tensile strength to perform effectively in the intended conditions, Dimension-Polyant has developed a special, ultra-lightweight line of laminates to meet these requirements.
