Our CDX Pro Polyester Cruising laminates, manufactured using ZigZag yarn technology, allow you to create a sail made of radial panels that fits the modern rigging of your yacht. The yarns in zigzag-reinforced laminates are arranged at such angles that the forces acting on the sail are distributed evenly across the radial panels. The result is a sail with excellent shape retention, which provides more efficient sailing in a range of wind conditions without compromising the sail’s ease of handling. You can start reefing later because the sail will remain flatter as the wind picks up. Your yacht will sail faster, and you can aim higher with less heel.

Our ZigZag fiber arrangement provides effective support and distributes loads across the radially arranged panels in the sail. This fiber arrangement reduces the load on the Mylar film, which helps the sail retain its shape longer.
